Every year around March, my wife and I donate our skills and recreate book covers on to paper grocery bags and give them to the Librarian at our sons school to display. This year I was quite behind and finished mine late.
But with school starting up in a week I've been having this sudden drive to figure out how to get more kids into comic books so I thought this might help.
This is one of two covers I am working on, my recreation of Chris Bachalo's Uncanny X-Men #1 cover. This is a mixed media piece, of colored pencils and inks.
